My sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:
Pilates Mat, Hatha, Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty, building strength, mobility and flexibility.)
Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch to work the joints, connective tissues and fascia )
Mindful Meditation (slow down the mind, managing stress and become more calm and focused.)

It's difficult to squeeze routine exercise and self care into a busy schedule. I alleviate this by bringing yoga lessons to you online
Perfect for those with a busy schedule, who are travelling for work, or who wish to receive support throughout the month without leaving home. Anyone, anywhere are welcome to practice with me online. Time zone CET.
