Core, core, core! Pilates mat is a great choice for anyone. Practicing pilates helps build a strong balanced body and flexibility. This practice does this by strengthening and toning the entire body with special attention to your core. Core strength is the ultimate necessity to get you into some of the more advanced yoga poses, but more importantly, core strength enhances balance and stability, preventing falls and injuries. As you progress in your practice you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, and body awareness. All levels 60 min.

The class is for beginners and those with a meditation practice, who will gain new techniques and benefit from the group energy.
